Coloring Eggs

I decided to color eggs with Gracyn this year--and she was a HUGE fan! I got a princess package that came with stickers and she had more fun decorating her eggs. They turned out great!

Church Easter Egg Hunt

Gracyn had so much fun at the church egg hunt this year. She knew exactly what to do and filled her basket up rather quickly! Since it was for walkers- 2 year olds, they were mainly just lying on the ground, so she didn't really have to "hunt" for them.

Sorry for the delay in Easter pictures....I woke up Monday morning with Vertigo--it was AWFUL! So, I've not been able to go through all the pictures from the weekend and post them. I hope to get to them soon, so stay tuned...and for Hudson's 10 month post.

Fun in the Sun!

We spent the day playing in the backyard last weekend. We're getting a good taste of what it will be like this summer--I can't believe how hot it is already! The kids had so much fun playing in the water.

Hudson tolerated being in the pool with Gracyn.He really enjoyed splashing around with the water table. He spent most of the afternoon here.

Together Time

Gracyn was helping push Hudson around in the car the other day. They were having a blast playing with each other. What joy it brings me to hear them laughing together!

Airplane Barns

Every time we drive past the airport, Gracyn gets so excited. She was saying something the other day and I finally figured out what it was. She kept telling me that she wanted to go to the barns at the airport. She was talking about the big orange airplane hangars. So, Drew talked to someone at work and took Gracyn to the HEB corporate jet hangar at the airport. She had a ball!

She loved getting to climb into the plane and check things out!Drew said that she really liked pretending to drive this thing!

This was one of the highlights--to watch planes land so close!

Now when we drive by, she asks when she can go again! :)

Drew let Gracyn pretend that she was driving his car. She had a blast zooming around & "running errands!"

Lunch with Daddy

We met Drew at the park the other day for lunch. Gracyn loves to get to see Daddy during the day, but has a hard time saying goodbye and cries for him to come home with us. :(

"Mine!"

This is a word that we're hearing a lot lately. Gracyn is constantly taking things away from Hudson and yelling, "MINE!" Hudson used to not care if she took anything away from him, and then, when she would take something, we had her give him something different. But, now he's wise to her ways and doesn't want to give up his prized possession--and then a cry fest begins--with both of them!

The other day, Hudson kept coming over to where Gracyn was playing and was touching all of her toys. She was getting really annoyed with him and he was clueless as to what she was going on about.

She finally lost it...and I think Hudson is trying to get away from her--fast!

Here she is pouting and trying to think of what to do next....She decided to put all her toys up on the coffee table so Hudson couldn't get them. She made a mad dash to get as many books as she could carry.

The table was over-flowing with toys and I made her take them all off and put them away and we had a little chat about sharing.

Hudson just stood there watching her gather all her toys wondering what all the fuss was about??

Now, how can anyone be mad at this sweet little face? :)
