He found some pacis in his room that I'd bought for him when he was a baby. I lost the battle to his thumb--so these pacis have just been sitting around. He thought it was funny to suck/chew on them.

My Little Picassos

I bought the kids some new paint the other day, and Gracyn couldn't wait to try it out! Hudson got excited too...but I'm not really sure he knew what for at first. :)

She decided to paint her ENTIRE hand--front and back!!

Camping Out

Gracyn wanted me to build them a fort. They had more fun playing underneath that blanket!A blanket, chair, empty box, and some friends to join them....can it get any better? :)

Into EVERYTHING!!

To say that Hudson is into EVERYTHING might be an understatement. You have to keep an eye on this little guy--because he can make a mess in two seconds flat!!What do you do when the child proof locks aren't child proof any longer??
I'm guessing someone wants to play with play-doh. What do you think? Busted!

One day, Hudson was falling asleep in the car and we were almost home. To keep him awake, I passed my rootbeer back to him and it worked like a charm!

We went to eat at P.F.Chang's when Grandmom and Grandad came to visit and Gracyn fell in love with the horse out front!

I took Gracyn to see her first 3D movie--Beauty and the Beast. She had a ball--and the glasses were right up her alley! :)

Spatula Obsession

Hudson LOVES my cooking utensils! I have to be fast when I'm unloading the dishwasher, because he'll swipe my cooking spoons, measuring cups & spoons and spatulas. He got a hold of the spatula the other day, and didn't put it down!

Not even when opening Valentines treats....

...or playing with a new toy.

What did I ever do before Pinterest?? I have gotten so many good ideas and recipes from there and have saved/wasted a bunch of time too. My list of fun projects will never end!! Here are a few things I've made--thanks to Pinterest!

I whipped up these Thanksgiving treats for Gracyn's friends in her class--literally, the night before. I printed out the print onto blank paper and cut, folded and glued them into envelopes. Then stuffed them with smarties and printed off the tags, hole punched them together and tied them with tulle. Easy, breezy!

For Christmas gifts for Gracyn's friends, I made them all ornaments with their names on them.

Then, I printed out this cute ornament tag and bagged them up.

For Christmas gifts for our parents, I made coasters with our pictures on them. They were really easy to make (but time consuming) and turned out so cute, I think.

I made these Rice Krispie heart pops for Gracyn's snack at school last week. You add flavored jello to the melted marshmallows to get the color and they tasted like strawberries. YUMMY! There weren't any leftovers. :)

I got the idea for her Valentines using a free printable from Pinterest too.Here are the Valentines I made for Gracyn & Hudson's teachers.

I saw these cute cup towels the other day and thought I'd try to make one. They are no where close to perfect, but I think they turned out pretty good for my first try! :)

Someone jumped into my picture while I was trying to get the towels. :) Love her so....

I made this bunny shirt for Gracyn. I thought it turned out really cute. I used tulle for the tail instead of a pom pom.

I'm having so much fun with all these projects!! I also just got a Silhouette Cameo machine and can't wait to get started creating things with that. The only problem is finding the time to do it!

Gracyn was so excited to open up all her Valentines from school when she got up from her nap. To her delight, she got a new bracelet!!

Here's what she got me....she made it at school. LOVE it!!!

We got them a few treats...Hudson was loving his new Buzz Lightyear.

Gracyn got a Jessie purse--perfect for her to keep all her Squinkies in.

Gracyn was more interested in what Hudson got at first, than seeing her surprises. She played with all of his things first....go figure!

"Balentimes"

Gracyn is so excited to hand out her "Balentimes" to all her friends!! I found this printable on Pinterest and tweaked it a little bit to make her Valentines.

The front says, "Valentine, you make my heart BOUNCE!"

And the back says "Happy Valentine's Day!"

I took her to Old Navy with a bunch of quarters and let her get the bouncy balls out of the big gumball machine. She LOVED it! She was a great little helper.
