Hudson's 2nd Birthday Party -Part 1

So when it came time to plan Hudson's 2nd birthday, I was really stumped as to what to do. There wasn't anything that he was really crazy about at the time--so I decided to do a construction theme because I found some cute things to go with it. What a perfect choice!! He is obsessed with them now! He was thrilled to see them all around his party! Here's the invitation...I made matching notecards too.
Can I just say how much I LOVE my Silhouette? I made all kinds of things...banners, cupcake toppers, water bottle labels, bubble labels, stickers.....SO FUN!!

I found some construction cookie cutters online and my mom made the cookies. I think the little hammers were my favorite! :)

Here are some pictures of the food table.

For the favors, I used my silhouette to put everyone's name on the hard hats.
I bought the little aprons from Home Depot and filled them with all kinds of goodies....sunglasses, bubbles, bracelets, dinosaurs, and candy.
It was Grandad's birthday on the 22nd and they flew in that evening. Gracyn and Hudson decorated a sign to wish him a Happy Birthday when he walked in. Gracyn was so proud of it!
