Trick or Treat

Say hello to Elsa and Spider Man! You just never know what Hudson will decide to be!! He keeps me guessing, that's for sure!
Shooting out ice and spider webs!
Our first house to hit was next door at Michael and Jamie's.
They were so good about sharing the doorbell ringing job this year!(I still had to make several reminders to only ring it once--and there's no need to knock on the door too!!) There was one house that was handing out "adult treats"--jello shots! Ha! It was a very popular house!
We ran into Hudson's friend, Philip.
Gracyn found her friend, Aly, too. She was SO excited to get to trick or treat with her friends!
Sweet little Elsa and I pretty much trick or treated the whole neighborhood. Hudson and Drew came home and passed out some candy, and we dumped out our bucket and kept going. She said that it was the "BEST Halloween of her whole entire life!!"
Here's her haul. What's funny is that she doesn't even really like candy all that much, but she was determined to hit every house with its lights on.
I know for a fact that this little guy (and their Daddy) will surely help her eat all her candy--and his!
She woke up the next morning and put her costume back on. I think she'd live in it if I let her. She even wore it to HEB. I guess life is more fun when you're Elsa...and who doesn't like to feel like a princess?!
Drew and I agreed that this was the best year so far with Trick or Treating. We enjoyed ourselves and the kids had fun with their friends. They didn't need us to walk up with them or carry them. There are great perks to them getting bigger!! :)
