Christmas Card Pictures

We were a little late getting our Christmas cards out this year. But, better late than never I guess!! With November being so crazy with the Marathon, Gracyn's birthday, Thanksgiving and sickness and then bad weather--we didn't get to take our pictures until the first or second week in December! UGH! We went to the Japanese Tea Gardens and tried to get a few decent pictures. I think we succeeded! Hudson was really not into it..AT ALL--but with Sweetarts and Smarties, he came around. :)
A little choke hold....but everyone is smiling! :)
The really do love each other....I could see it in these pictures. Make my heart melt!
Here's a look at our Christmas card this year...

Holiday Fun!

We went out to Fiesta Texas to enjoy Holiday in the Park. We had a GREAT time!! I think we're really going to get a lot of use out of our season passes! In line to ride the Hustler. Drew can't even watch us go around and around--it makes him sick!
Hudson wanted to go up high on this ride--he quickly scrambled into my lap when we got to the top--but he loved it!
We all went for a ride on the CrAzY cars.

We even let the kids drive!
They rode the roller coaster together for the first time. I was a little nervous for Hudson to go without one of us--but he was SO excited! They even sat in the very front car. They LOVED it!

Preschool Christmas Program

The kids had their Pre-school Christmas program--and they were BOTH in it this year. Hudson was a choir boy, and Gracyn was an Angel. They were precious!! This was Hudson as he passed us on his was up to the risers.
So proud of this sweet boy and how he sang his little heart out!!
Waving "HI!"
Could there be anything sweeter?? I think not!! :)
Here is a picture of both of them on the risers.
Gracyn was Angel #2. She got to sing her Angel song and use the microphone to say, "There were two little angels." She did a PERFECT job!!
Gracyn and her friend, Alexia.
Hudson was really upset that he wasn't leaving with us. He DID NOT want to stay at school..can you tell??
I found some candy in my purse and then he perked up and actually smiled a little for the camera!
Gracyn and her best friend, Piper, the sheep.
These are Gracyn's teachers...Ms. Karen and Ms. Kim. They make Gracyn feel like she is their absolute favorite--and I think every kid feels the same way too! We LOVE them!!
Love my sweet Angel and Choir boy!

Christmas Cheer!

How about a little Christmas cheer, courtesy of the $1 spot at Target!
Gotta give the riding lawn mowers a try when you're at Lowes! Hudson said he wanted Santa to bring him one of these....think again Buddy!
The kids decorated the trees in their rooms.
I did a little Christmas crafting. I made all the kids in their classes personalized ornaments and some for our friends and family.
I made these hair ties for all my gym friends.
Several trips to Hobby Lobby were made while crafting....
Followed by a yummy lunch at Chick-fil-a!! They would eat there every day if I let them!!
Gracyn was all about decorating the tree this year! She really got into it! As usual, Hudson put on a few and then was through.

We took Nana to lunch at Alamo Cafe. She sure does LOVE her Hudson!!

Drew took Hudson to HEB with him to get donuts one morning and told him to put on this hat--as you can see, he wasn't too thrilled with the idea! Little cutie!
The kids really got into "Buddy," our Elf on the Shelf this year. The first thing Gracyn did each morning was look to see where he was hiding. She was SO good at spotting him! (And he was really good about moving around this year--I must say!!) ;)  Once she'd find him, she'd just sit and stare at him. I love Christmas with the kids at this age--they are SO much fun!!

Breakfast with Santa

Our church had their annual Breakfast with Santa. These two had a blast!! First off, they decorated their goodie bag with stickers.

A quick little hello to the inflatable Santa!
Now, on to the "real" thing! They were both so nervous when they got on his lap. I had to remind them to tell Santa what they were wanting from him. Hudson blurted it right out, but Gracyn was so shy and soft spoken. (Quite unlike her!)
We ran into the cousins while we were seeing Santa. These two sure love each other!!
I think it's safe to say, these two do too!! Love these little elves!
Brier wanted NOTHING to do with Santa. We were SO surprised that we actually got a decent picture and it looked like he was happy!
Finally, enjoying some pancakes--well, if you could find them under all the candy and whipped cream!! :)
