Here's a look at what's been going on around here lately....
Gracyn's recital costume came in....she CANNOT wait to get back up on stage and perform her dance routine!!
Bedtime shenanigans....Drew and I were texting pictures back and forth while putting the kids to bed. We all got some good laughs!
Speaking of a good laugh....Drew tried Hudson's jeans on--we ALL got a great laugh as he hobbled
around the living room!! Hudson was ready for him to take them "ock!"
What is it with boxes?? They could play with them ALL day--and I have to secretly throw them away or we have major meltdowns!!
And so it has begun. I found this sign that Gracyn made.....
We said goodbye to my MDX. I was sad
to see her go....she's been with me for a while now--7 years--before
having the kids. I didn't realize I was so attached until it was time to
say good-bye. It was kind of quick too....like I didn't even know the
last time I drove her would be the last time! :(
But,
here's the new car. I got a Toyota Highlander. Having a new car is kind
of exciting....there are so many neat things it does--but all I really
know how to do is drive it. I'll let Drew read the manual and show me
all the fancy things it can do. :)
Hudson
kept saying, "Let's go places." I couldn't figure out what he was
really saying or why....until I realized he was saying the Toyota
slogan, "Toyota....Let's Go Places!" Crazy kid!! Marketing works on
him!! They decided to switch sides for their car seats. They couldn't
get over how different everything was on the opposite side--they were
hilarious! They still can't remember to go to the other side to get in. I
think they've been the most excited about getting a new car. Hudson
told everyone we saw for the first week about it--his teachers at
school and BSF, grocery store workers, the librarian, the people at Lifetime....Ha!
This little girl was beyond excited when this little gem arrived at our door!! I can't tell you how many times she sings "Let it Go"--all.day.long!! I love hearing her sweet little voice though!! :)
