Pancakes with Santa

Our church had its annual "Pancakes with Santa" breakfast. Gracyn was so excited to go see Santa! She doesn't quite have the whole Santa concept down and how things work--but there were no tears and she was thrilled to sit in his lap and tell him what she wanted for Christmas this year!
Big difference from last year....
I love the look on Hudson's face here...priceless!
The hardest part was getting Hudson to sit still long enough to take a picture.
Once we gave him a candy cane, we were able to get a few pictures.
I love seeing Christmas through a child's eyes...everything is so magical!

Kiddie Park

Gracyn went to a birthday party at the Kiddie Park. She had a blast! Ava and Towns were invited too and they all had so much fun together.

She hung on tight, but really enjoyed it!
She loved driving this boat around and around!
She ran straight to the pink car!
Poor Towns got the boot once Gracyn and Ava found each other.
They all loved riding this little bus around!
I had to sit with Towns on this ride--I guess I'm getting old because it made me sick to my stomach and I've never had a problem with rides before! Gracyn got a little nervous when her car started rising....but when Ava started laughing and having fun, Gracyn soon followed!
What a fun time!

November Pen Pal

In November, we were supposed to send things that we are thankful for to our pen pal, Liza. Gracyn sent her some Veggie Tales fruit snacks, Goldfish crackers, a princess wand, and a Princess sticker book.
Gracyn was so excited to open up her package!
She loves putting on her new lip gloss.
She couldn't wait to put this little dog on our Christmas tree.
The Toy Story Etch-a-Sketch was a hit! We took it with us on our trip over Thanksgiving and it was a great toy for the plane!
She also got a birthday present from Liza! Gracyn has had so much fun writing with her new window markers and loved using her fun birthday candles.
Thank you Liza for all our goodies!!

Thanksgiving in Guymon

We spent Thanksgiving this year in Guymon again with Drew's family. We flew to Amarillo and then drove to the ranch. Hudson was a wild man on the plane-B.U.S.Y. is a good word to describe him. He thoroughly enjoyed his new found freedom. :) The car ride was a piece of cake compared to the plane ride.

We had so much fun getting to spend the week with family. The kids had a great time playing at Nanaw's house and getting to see all the animals at the ranch.

Gracyn had so much fun playing with Zayne.
Sweet Zayne
Why is playing in a pile of leaves so much fun??
Clearly, she was having the time of her life!
Sweet Cousins
Gracyn got to have another birthday party at Nanaw's. I think she had a total of 4 birthday parties this year--she's one special little girl!! :)
These two are good buds--Hudson loves his Grandad!
Family pictures
Cheese!!
The best we could get of all three grandkids--can you tell that it was nap time for my kids?
Nanaw & Hudson
We drove over to see Drew's sister, Dallas, and her husband, Steven and their sweet baby Caroline on Thanksgiving day. Pa Pa Ed was there too. Gracyn had a fun time feeding the horses. It was great to get to see everyone--even if it was just for a short time.

We had a great time at the Ranch and can't wait to go back to visit again. Thank you, Nanaw, for a great visit!!
